These Terms of Service govern access to and use of energytalent.club. The platform is provided as a recruitment, executive search, staffing, and career consulting intermediary. Unless expressly stated in writing, energytalent.club is not the direct hiring employer for roles listed or discussed through the service.

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, CV, profile, application, or business lead, you agree to use the service lawfully and accurately. You must not provide false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse information about candidates, employers, or opportunities.

Job opportunities, candidate introductions, and employer requirements may change, close, or be withdrawn at any time. energytalent.club does not guarantee placement, interviews, hiring outcomes, compensation, visa eligibility, or continued availability of any role. Final hiring decisions and employment terms are determined by the relevant employer or contracting party.

If the service arranges employment between employers and candidates, the operator will assess and act in accordance with the Employment Security Act, including rules relating to fee-charging employment placement where applicable. If the service provides recruitment information or candidate-matching functionality, the operator will assess whether it falls within the special recruitment information, etc. provider regime, including notification to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare where required.

If users can apply for paid consulting or conclude service contracts online, the business identity and transaction details required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976), Article 11 (Advertisement of Mail Order Sales) will be made clearly accessible on the site. Any candidate-side paid service is also subject to the Consumer Contract Act, and a complaints/contact window is provided below.

Personal data submitted through the platform is handled under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as supervised by the Personal Information Protection Commission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
